On another totally different note, we KICKED ASS during Sociology presentation today. The Q&A session was fun mainly cause Pei Wen and I got into heated debates every five minutes...

And then, since we were presenting on "Shaming", Ms Azlili told us to tell the whole class about our most embarassing incident.

And the only incident that kept playing in my mind was that thing I said to that someone a few days before Pesta Ria which was totally and utterly embarassing..but of course I didn't tell them or else I wouldn't be here right now.

Trust me.

My lips are pretty dry lately. Everyone's been pointing it out to me. I KNOW ALREADY!

It's pretty amusing when your friends kept looking at your lips while you were talking and pointed out that, "CT, your lips are dry" AND coming up with random theories about it, from the relevant ones, like "lack of water" - Mi Shel, "too much of sitting in air conditioned rooms" - Amelia to the not so relevant ones like "too much of watching TV" - KI (I STILL don't see the relevance idiot. )

So after like a month of trying to get used to the new UTAR bus, I've come to the conclusion that I prefer the old bus.

See, when they were still picking us up and dropping us off with the old bus, I got to actually sit in the bersila position on the chairs whereas the new bus, I can't really do that anymore.

And then, the air cond in the old bus was much much much cooler. Which was nice(as much as I always complain about being in the cold, I still prefer having the air cond turned up full blast and directed solely at me) cause then I seriously will feel like staying on the bus for the whole day.

And then there's the leg space. I used to be able to just strrreeeetttccchhh my legs and usually, people can actually sit on the floor and lean on my legs and still have someone standing in front of us. Yes, it was THAT spacious.

In all fairness, it's not like the new bus sucks. It's just the old bus was much comfortable...

I just got news that as of this evening, the downstairs windows of my house is brown. And the grill is still blue(mama said they ran out of paint) and the gate is maroon.

I am falling more and more in love with Alan Yun. He's HOT! Possessed was brilliant! Them scary movies make me sneak peeks and not watch, but it was fun, scaring myself for the sake of scaring myself.

I am also falling more and more in love with the Korean show,"Wedding". Super brilliant plot!

I am also falling more and more in love with that Chinese series, "Falling In Love" which features Alan Yun too. HOT - ness!

I am also falling more and more in love with Cecilia Ahern. Brilliant writer! I read her book P.S : I Love You and I fell in love with it. I just started reading Where Rainbow Ends and I already can't put the book down. Total page turner!

The best day yet since the start of the semester. Maybe cause I got to spend some down time with my friends. Outside campus. In unfamiliar environment where we can just go crazy and not get reprimanded...

Or maybe cause for at least 4 hours, just FOUR hours, I was actually able to forget.

Okay, not like I'm gonna meet up with him or anything, but at least we're in the same part of the world(or any correct terms that you can think of cause my mind's currently blank) right now. Nice to know another old friend is coming over.

And then my mum's gonna practically force my dad to get me the new Westlife album *fingers crossed* though he did tell me to download them songs but my reasoning (which was relevant, to me obviously)was that I'll gladly download any songs BUT I HAVE to have Westlife's album(s) which reminds me, how come I can only download Goo Goo Dolls and Rascal Flatts songs but NOT James Morrison's?! MC's server's i killing me. No surprise there really.

Also, we're almost done with our assignments. Proof reading Management assignment and waiting for others to send their parts of their Marketing plan so that I can print them thus eliminating Sze Yi's main cause for going mad. Thank God we made it through without strangling each other though there were times when I just feel like some people just need SOMEONE to just strangle them and whack some sense into their thick heads. And then, ONE more assignment. Wait, TWO more. Business and Mass Comm where we have to come up with a Press Kit for group work and an article about the mock press conference we covered two weeks ago. Which means, I shall be cracking my brain, again, over what to write. When you(read: CT) have (has)to write ONE sentence with at least 20 to 30 words in EACH paragraph whereas you're(read : CT, again) always known for having SO MUCH to say, you(read: again, CT) know you're (read : CT's)in trouble.

I sense pressure building up. Can you imagine me in a small, cramped cubicle, frantically typing a press release or finshing up my PowerPoint for my boss to present to future investors in a couple of hours. Yeah, Ms Gertrude just gave us, PRO wannbes, a reality check (a hard one at that) yesterday. 

Plus, we're getting back all of our mid terms now. It's kinda stressful to be getting your papers back. So far, we have known two results and so far, I'm quite happy with them. We know we will not be getting our Sociology marks any time soon, she's keeping them till the end of the term for Godknowswhat reason. And I ABSTIVELY AND POSOLUTELY do NOT want my Mass Comm midterm back cause I think I screwed up that paper. Wait, I KNOW I screwed up that paper. Caption story my foot. She didn't even teach us about that and yet they pushed that question down our throats.

Interclass debate was disastrous. Mainly cause Cerenna and I just wanted to slap the fake American accent out of Stephanie's SOUL. Yeah, you heard me, SOUL.

And I'm not exaggerating either. Her accent bothers us so much. It's SO fake. Like seriously seriously seriously FAKE! I don't know how her classmates can stand her. I'm being bitchy, sue me.

See, that's why I was reluctant when they asked me to represent our class against TB11 cause I know I will end up WANTING to strangle people.

Back in school, when the teacher asked me to write a news article, "East peasy" I'd say. It was easy back then. No rules, no nothing.

Since I stepped into Writing for Mass Comm lecture, writing a news article can actually lead me to having cardiac arrest.

"Only ONE sentence per paragraph."

"Each sentence must contain at least 30 words in it."

"Start with the MOST important information."

"The dominant news characteristic MUST be stated in the lead paragraph."

"You must use the summary lead(or the blind lead format or the delayed lead format) format in this kinda story."

"Do not give out the victim's name in the lead IF the victim's NOT a prominent person."

"Follow the Inverted Pyramid format when you write news stories but you may or may not use it when writing feature stories."

"Build up your feature story until the engine para and then you may elaborate."

Me mama bought me THE NEW WESTLIFE ALBUM!

I know I know, CT's obssessiveness with Westlife is totally incurable.

Now I have the picture of the album cover as my wallpaper. Yeah!

I tried talking my mum into buying James Morrison's but since she has't heard of him she refused to buy it. Wait till I get back and then I'll work my magic. Haha.

Weekend was a blast!
Went to PASUM and it was my luck that Ime's college was having its Sports Carnival or something. So it was a weekend of basketball and volleyball and netbal and tug - of -war.

Truth be told, I didn't ans still don't have a single clue about basketball nor was I ever interested in it. But watching them play, especially the boys, was fascinating. The girls' matches were a little bit helter skelter with one of the girls falling down everytime she gets the ball(and rumours has it that she's supposed to be this force to be reckon with in basketball back in her old school. Ptsk) and not really doing anything other than running after the ball instead of playing defense. The guys' matches were fun cause it was more violent with the ouching and shoving and the tripping and the colliding, and then I was blown away by this guy, Naufal who played effortlessly, like literally. Whenever the ball is on rebound, one push and he'll add up one more number on the scoreboard.

Plus it was fun watching everyone supporting their friends, their teams, their rommates, their other halves(?!) etc. The spirit was there. Even if you're not a resident in that college, you can actually feel the spirit, the fun of it all. Made me kinda wish that I accepted the UiTM offer. *blushes*

Almost a week since I updated.

Let me see..

We are nearly done with assignments. "Nearly" cause Business assignment's due next Tuesday.

One more presentation next Thursday.

And then back to Ipoh for the weekend on Friday which means I will be skipping Sociology lecture.

Parents came down last Wednesday. One whole day of shopping and lounging in their hotel room.

Got myself a new Aeropostale hoodie which I FRIGGIN' LOVE!

Christmas spirit is all over campus. People have been coming to classes in red and white outfits complete with Santa and Santarina hats. Lecturers have been distributing cakes and candies during lecture breaks. Cerenna got us all colourful candy canes which I finished within an hour. Haha.

It's indescribable mainly cause I don't even know how to describe it.

I was thinking of this guy I used to adore looking at and I felt nada.

I was reading about something someone said about love and I felt disgusted and then I felt nothing.

Like something happened and zapped all of my emotions away.

I kinda like this feeling.

Emotionless.

Me : No no. Kereta lembu. *evil laugh*

Okay, we were bored plus the light from the slideshow was almost blinding us.

Which will bring her to think about the cool call names each character has,

Which will then proceed to having her think of her own cool call name,

And in the end, CT will still be stuck at the same page day after day after day.

Management presentation OVER AND DONE WITH!
Now I can go back happily. Zero worries.

And here's what Mr Pek said about me :

" Ct's a good speaker. *looking at me* You are. In fact, you are the best amongst those in your group. But sadly, she doesn't have confidence in herself."

That last sentence actually stunned me. Literally.

And then he said,

" I think she's the humble type. *looking at me* I think you are the type who feels bad for others when something bad happens to them. Am I right to say so?"

To which I answer,

" Half right and half wrong, sir"

So now, I don't know if what he said earlier was a compliment or he was actually trying to say something else....

I set JT's My Love as my alarm. So every single time I hear the song on the radio, I have this feeling like I have to wake up...

Being at home is messing with my head. Haha.

Anytheway, am having fun being at home. Initial plan was to go up north, but got cancelled at the last minute.

Went back home with Ime and Azie. Accidentally bumped into Rina and Liana at Pudu. Fortunately, Liana and Rina were on the same bus as I was. Rina sat with me for the last 20 minutes of the journey. We got extremely excited when we saw the huge McD Drive Thru. Shows how long we didn't get back. Haha.

Got my hair relayered yesterday. So it's a wee bit shorter..

My room's a friggin' mess eventhough I have only been home a couple of days. And surprisingly my mum has been extremely nice about it.

Been going on a food binge the minute I got back home. Homemade chocolate cake and trifle. My mum's fish head curry. My dad bought Ferrerro. Sandwiches for dinner last night. And then nasi lemak. You name it, I ate them all. CT misses home so much.

Going off to Nana's place tomorrow for some kenduri doa selamat. She's leaving soon for Kelang. WHY?! WHYYYYYYYYY?!

And then I will be gone for some time...

Because my laptop will be with my dad for some time.

Stupid hard drives are giving me trouble...

But no fear, CT will be back...after her finals. Haha. Planning to leave my laptop with dearest daddy. Sem's finishing anyway. No use dragging my laptop all over the place...

So, no updates till later. Much much muuuuuuuucccchhh later.
