Okay, random rantings ahead!

An old picture that I've been meaning to put up for quite some time. I usually feel like a dwarf standing beside Kyle so I can only imagine how these two feel standing beside him. =S
And then last Tuesday, Lai Mun and I went to consult our tutor regarding our Media Planning assignment and look at what he wore

Haha. And it matched his shirt okay! Lai Mun actually said, "Sir, matching ah your outfit today.."
Lets pray that her comment won't affect our MP marks. Hehe.
Ooohh, and I wanna post up this picture of

the DAIM sweets! Weh people, I swear to God, the nicest chocolate coated caramel sweets I've ever tasted. (Think Cadbury's Crunchy but bite sized) Damn nice I cannot tahan! My sister warned me that they're uber nice and uber addictive but I thought, I'm no chocoholic so I was kinda confident that I wouldn't be addicted to it but after the first one, I kinda swallowed five more consecutively. Hehe. Apparently, it's sold in Ikea. Trip to Ikea anyone? Any takers? Meet me at MC on Saturday, 12pm...
Anyway, today was a bitter sweet day because

for the uninformed, the girl on the left, Fairuz aka Peoy left for Indonesia this morning. And no, I didn't send her off though that was the plan. But nevermind though, I spoke to her twice and she sounded okay so we'll see how she's faring sooner or later. =).
Andandandand Berlina is coming over! Haha. Best kot! Plus, Geeta and Karthiban are back for the month. So, meet ups tomorrow! I just realised that everyone's back for the summer and soon more people are leaving. =(
Oh and today, while waiting for Ad Copywriting replacement class, Sze Yi, Lai Mun and I had lunch at Brisik Cafe in Jaya One. Hello, I can stay there all day okay?! The owner was SO nice! And the ambience, awesome! No worries, of course we took a couple of pictures..

this was taken right after lunch hour. We were the last ones there. Yalah, 2 1/2 hours break kot. I wanted to sleep but there were no beds there, so had to settle for lunch at Brisik. LOL. Anyway, this picture was taken from my seat. The door on the left leads to the patio. We wanted to sit outside but 1) it was too hot outside and 2) some people were smoking and since our life span had already been shortened due to our hang out sessions at the mamak stall, we decided against it.

This was taken from Lai Mun's seat. Romantic eh? LOL. Loved the curtains, they turned the knot into a rose. And the seats, friggin' comfortable I'd think.
We didn't get pictures of our food though because everyone was too hungry to even care anyway. Haha.
I had the Creamy Sauce Spaghetti (I think..Sze Yi and I were busy talking that by the time my food came, the name just flew out of my head. Haha) The portion was rather small, I thought but do not fret as it was filling. Because you see, the sauce was uber creamy (Alfredo sauce maa..What with milk and butter and all) that should they gave me a bigger portion, I don't think I could have finished it. Anyway, the spaghetti was topped with shrimps (which I gave to the other two since I don't eat shrimps) and squids and mussels.
Sze Yi had the Tom Yam Fried Rice. It was nice but uber spicy. So, she was in heaven this afternoon because hello, spicy food kot couple with sambal. My sister should try it.
Lai Mun meanwhile had the Dory Fried Rice. Usually, I do not like eating dory fish because it smells funny but at Brisik Cafe, they fried the fish to a crisp that it was heavenly okay! I don't mnd if they just serve the fish only..Haha.
Then, while waiting for Sze Yi to finish up her meal, Lai Mun and I tried

THIS! Chocolate caramel something. Sedap gaks. RM 3.50 each. If you guys are wondering why there are stains on the cups' rims, that's because we were eating halfway until Sze Yi mentioned that we forgot to take pictures. Haha.
Eh wait, almost forgot to put up this picture pulak

They have this buzzer to help you get the waiter's attention without looking like a monkey flailing your arm about to get them to look at you. Anyway, when we got there, we didn't really have much chance to use it because the moment we were seated, the owner came to take our order. Then, as the room cleared out of other patrons and we were the last ones left, Lai Mun decided to get the desserts (pictured above) so she waved her arms to get the waiter's attention but to no avail. Then, I saw the buzzer and asked her to press it and she did. Thing is, I totally forgot that we were the only ones there, so if we press it, the people didn't actually have to crane their necks to find out which table pressed the buzzer right?! So as a result, the owner looked at us some kind and Lai Mun felt obligated to assure her that we really needed their service.
Haha.
Anyhoo, that's all for today, I guess. Need to sleep early for tomorrow. Till then,
* The Selfish One*
Haha.
